Test Code contradiction

The server e-mails a link for the test code, but when I click on the link it says:

Unfortunately, we can currently not provide you with a test code. In order to prevent hackers from getting a massive amount of free codes, the emission of codes is limited in several ways. Unfortunately, just your request is subject to a limit. Please retry later, or ask for a code by e-mail.

I try again later for many days but still it does not work. If the server cannot provide a code at this time, why does it send a link for the code to my e-mail address ??? This is bipolar & schizophrenic!

Hi guys! Who has successfully added the code? Has it solved the issues?

I have tried it as well and did not succeed much. So I believe, I will need someone’s help. Who can do it for me? I am online 24 hours a day, and I am from Latin America. Maybe I will find someone from my area, population Mexico is huge. Please contact me if you have the desire and time to help.
