It is a sad story but it is not the first or the last one. I know a lot of people who had such a situation. I even have a friend who's wife did the same. Can you imagine?! They have lived together for more than 4 years and in the end, she just took all his money and run. I'm happy that they don't have kids. In my opinion, all that borrowings to people you know are a bad idea. Even though they are close to you it is so damn risky, because there are lots of people who are trying to fool you, rob you, even your close ones. Scam everywhere. I think this doesn't seem right. If this was discussed, someone from them needs to go to court and decide everything according to the law. I have taken payday loans in the United States of America frequently and have never had any problems. There are proven services that have an adequate interest rate, and they work honestly.

These collectors are very aggressive. I doubt it's a good way to get your money from your ex-girlfriend. I try to avoid borrowing money, but in case I do, I respect the terms of the loan. Furthermore, I found recently this guys Radius Global Solutions, and after exploring their website, I understood what problems can a collector company cause to you. Luckily, there are people that help you deal with problems like that. My advice is to not borrow money, especially for companies with a bad reputation.
