Yes, even though we are all tired of quarantine, but we must face the truth, the statistics are terrifying. Sit at home, engage in self-development, work. And appreciate life

Re: Covid-19. Home struggling
Hello!
As another COVID lockdown is being expected to happen this lockdown, I am starting to prepare myself for staying at home a lot. During the first weeks, I was really bored. Then, I decided to spend the time on improving myself. Some activities worked for me, others did not. The following activities definitely made a change in my lifestyle and I will definitely continue implementing them even after the lockdown is over:

Then, I decided to spend the time on improving myself. Some activities worked for me, others did not. The following activities definitely made a change in my lifestyle and I will definitely continue implementing them even after the lockdown is over:
- exercising from home every day for 45 minutes(e.g. the FREE workout planner from Pamela Reif)
- listening to podcasts
- spending quality mobilefree time with your family
- meditation
- reading books about mental health and self improvement

Re: Covid-19. Home struggling
During the pandemic, I couldn't sit still at home. So I decided to arrange a move to another city. Quieter and more peaceful, with fewer people. I used the services on the site https://crosscountrymoversllc.com/. It is safe to cross the country with this company. Do not worry about the safety of things and save your nerves.

Hello. Good variant. And what do you play, some sport or computer games? Personally I like darts, very cool to play with friends and spend time with fun. Also I follow professional competitions, if you are interested, you could try here too.
