Forgot to add that in Dublin I lived in a 2-room flat on the 7th floor and in Spain I bought an awesome house in Alicante (a great picturesque district in Spain). Actually good prices for better quality of real estate was one of the most crucial things for me! but I wonder what other advantages Spain has. Can you help to find them?

Spain is wonderful, but it has two major issues:

1) Moroccans. Moroccans everywhere. Thousands of them. And they bring disaster.
2) The taxes are too damn high. You give something like 50% of your salary to the government. Why? Because of Moroccans! They don't have jobs еhey live on welfare and social security.

Don't think I'm a racist. I don't have any problems with Morrcans. But in this case.. well, they're like a cancer eating Spain economics. JUST in this case.
