Using VPN and JonDonym

I am new to the world of JonDo and on a steep learning. I wonder if these questions has been answered previously - I cannot find answers on the forum, and would be most obliged if someone might take the trouble to answer:
1. Can one use a VPN and then start JonDo?
2. If so, would this mean that the entry node in the cascade only sees the exit node from the VPN, rather than one's real IP?
3. If the answer to no.2 is yes, would this scheme increase anonymity?
4. I have tested at the JonDo - ToR. Is there an explanation of how this works? For instance, if one uses the ToR profile in JonDoFox, does the browsing go through the Jondo cascade and our a ToR exit? Or is it totally in the Tor cascade?
Thank you for reading. I apologies for my English.

1. I have not tested this by myself, but it should work.
2. Yes
3. I suppose
4. If you switch over to TOR using JonDoBrowser then you are only using the TOR network.

I hope this helped you :)

By disguising your IP address you prevent trackers from knowing your location, but your search results may also be affected. This does not happen with Opera VPN! It offers you an automatic way for your online searches to skip your virtual location to your true location so you get relevant results; I saw a video that you recommended on YouTube, and I managed to download it later with the help of Save from, and I think you can continue with your goal using the VPN.
