Weighted blanket for sleep, stress and anxiety

Post by FussyEater » Mon Jan 25, 2021 21:10

This seems to be the perfect topper for Casper's mattress.

I hope you all understand the gravity of the situation.

What weighted blanket would you use with caspers mattress?

I can't sleep without a weighted blanket. Even when it is summer and it is very hot I need to cover my body with something while sleeping. When I was a child we didn't have so much money. I had every bad mattress and pillows that were very uncomfortable. I had several problems with my spine and sleep. When I grew up luckily I graduated and University and now I have a well-paid job. I bought myself firstly in my life a good orthopedic mattress, a good pillow that remembers the position of your head, and a very warm and comfortable blanket. Now the quality of my sleep improved and I feel very relaxed.

Honestly, I heard a lot of benefits about heightened blankets. I’ve read somewhere that they can improve the quality of sleep. Besides, they also reduce stress and anxiety. I actually suffer from all the listed problems. I really fall for all that, but when I bought this blanket, and it didn’t work. Moreover, it is too uncomfortable to sleep with it. I realized that the best sleep I ever had when I used cozy and natural materials for my bedding. Now I buy only cotton bedding sheets, and instead of duvets, I buy natural wool plaids. The only knitted weighted blanket that helps me to fall asleep easily, I bought from https://sommio.co.uk/KnittedWeightedBlanket I think it works, only because it is made of natural wool.

I am sure that bedding is very important. If it's not comfortable, then your sleeping will not be deep and firm. I know what I am saying. I have changed my bedclothes recently and the quality of my sleep has increased immediately. Surely, it was bad because of the polyester. The blankets I have purchased are made from cotton and are very pleasant to touch. In addition, you can make your own custom blankets and put your favorite face on them. It can be your face or even the face of your dog, ha-ha. You can find all these features https://myfacesocks.com/collections/face-blankets here.
