I made a purchase for a premium account with JonDonym by way of paypal more than an hour ago, and I still have not received my login credentials. I have received no email from JonDonym. How do I get my login Credentials?

If you see "transaction is finished" you can start using the premium services. No login creditials are required.

I payed by paypal through the site. I did not use the management console.

I still have no premium account service. I payed by paypal on the the JonDonym website under the payment tab at the top of the page. I did not use the JonDonym console to purchase my account. It did not create a premium account for me. I payed for the $10 package using paypal. Why would it let someone pay on the website, and not give any option to create an account? How do I get access to my premium account?
