With JondoFox and Proxy ON and Premium service I am not able to Login to my Bank. Allowing Cookies and Scripts same result.
Turning Proxy of also same result.
The only way to access my Bank is if I use Firefox (default)

The Bank must associate Login name with my IPS provider.
Is there a way around this.

maybe a problem with noscript 2.3.4
turn back to noscript 2.3.3 if it has worked before with that.

With Live-CD 9.9 I did access my account after allowing cookies and scripts.

With Live-CD 9.10 (and Premium JonDo), I can get to the bank and it lets me read averything about it. But when I chose to login and enter username and pw , a pop-up comes up from JonDoFox telling me everything about the new and improved JonDoFox.

Tried it several times and cannot access the account ( Works in Windows with JonDo , works in FF with JonDo).

Any suggestions appreciated

I guess you hit a bug here which is on my ToDo list. Is the bank opening a new window in which this JonDoFox page pops up? If so, you should be able to go one page back in this window (via the left arrow next to the URL bar) and find the site you want. Or doesn't that work either?
Have you tried using the JonDoFox profile in this case as well?

I tried Nonscript 2.3.4 that does not help at all.

I have tried with different points of Entry and Exits but no luck. No Proxy does not help either.

I think this is the bank's way of protecting their customers, however it would be nice if they provide a challenge first then give a choice how to login.

I do not believe this is the bank's way of protecting their customers...I think the issue is something else. Sometimes, in addition to using NoScript, it may be necessary to activate JAVA and/or Flash.

Use the "temporarily allow all this page" in NoScript. Sometimes you have may have to do this twice.

Activate some or all plugins in Firefox; and allow plugins in NoScript.

Allow cookies.

I cannot imagine it will not work...
