JonDoBrowser magnet links

Post by AnonymousUser » Thu Oct 26, 2017 6:46

Why does the new JonDoBrowser block magnet links from opening when I click on them? Is there a way to disable this feature as I'm using with a VPN.

Maybe it's your VPN?
Magnet links just work fine here(Newest JDF!).
Click and uTorrent is starting ;)

What os you using? I tried on three different windows PC's with and without vpn and won't open any magnet links. Also not showing (magnet) in options > applications in settings. I also tried about:config adding network.protocol-handler.expose.magnet (set value to false) however a setting in the new jondobrowser seems to revert it back to true.

Very frustrating. :(

win7
and it shows in JDF clearly magnet - ask every time, but the system knows that it should open uTorrent and it does it.

So you still can make it work-copy the link and copy it into your torrent client.

Is it a local,or a portable JDF installation?
Mine are all portable.
