I was using today JD for the first time, got a free test code for the Premium and everything functioned wonderfuly! After disconnecting and later connecting again- I have no connection anymore, I didn´t change anything and I have no idee how to get it function.
I Will be happy for an advice

What is happening exactly? Do you only see the globe spinning? Any error messages? Does this happen as well if you are switching ot another cascade?

The problem is already solved, thanks.
There was no connection, with any of the cascade, the globe was spinning but not green. finaly I made a right click on the icon on task bar to actualise JD and the problem was gone...
