I would like to purchase premium service but cannot successfully complete registration process at UCash, LibertyReserve or even Paypal while running JonDo/JonDoFox.

No cookies, etc being allowed..... required by the sites (?) but cannot locate any information regarding how to address these issues so I can complete enrollment and get to the payment processing in order to obtain premium services. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The procedure is not fully explained in the tutorials or online help; more specifically how to use Cookie Monster and NoScript to get through the registration process for those parties listed under available billing methods.

If this was further defined in the tutorials and online help, it would probably make the process much easier and perhaps yield more premium (paid) plans.

Cookies and JavaScript may be required by third party websites like Paypal, cashU, Liberty Reserve and so on.

Because you have to create an account at the third party payment provider (Paypal, cashU...) first, we assumed, you are familiar with cookie and JavaScript requirements for your preferred payment provider.

We will update the documentation, but we can not change the behavior of the third party sites of the payment processors.

Thank you for responding. I am comfortable in changing browser settings and understand that 3rd Party sites may require cookies and javascript in order to work; however, my privacy concerns are what ultimately drew me to this site.

I immediately started using your free service and followed the online tutorials to confirm settings for JonDo/JonDoFox, all this being done on the free service, which you know, takes time as the connections are much slower.


There is also a learning curve, trying to understand exactly how JonDo works, that you can effectively manage cookies and javascript in JonDoFox with CookieMonster and NoScript to temporarily allow 3rd party communication (without adjusting browser settings) in order to complete your order while using the free service in order to purchase the premium service.

If this part were more fully defined in your tutorials, as it should always be assumed that we arrive here knowing nothing other than we wish to protect our privacy, and that we may not automatically have a grasp of all the features and functionalities of CookieMonster, NoScript, etc.

You want to make our ability to use the free service as easy as possible in order to obtain the premium service.

A couple of sentences instructing the user to temporarily allow cookies and scripts via CookieMonster and NoScript before attempting to connect with the 3rd party to make the purchase.

This might make it easier and quicker for new users/customers to obtain premium service and then return to this site to finishing learning about set up, securing emails, etc.
