My Jondo connection seems to stall at ~12.6MB everytime, has anyone had a similar experience, or know what the issue could be,

I then have to restart to allow the connection to work again,

Are you using a 64bit Linux? Please install sun-java6-jre. JonDo is not working stable with openjdk-jre for 64bit Linux.

Otherwise please give us some information about JonDo version, OS and Java version.

Windows 7 64-bit
JonDo 0.18.001
Java version: Version 6 Update 31

So i think it must be some sort of Java issue...

Under Add/Remove Programs, I have 4 instances of Java installed...

Java 6 Update 14 (64bit)
Java 6 Update 31
Java SE DK 6 Update 20
Java SE DK 6 Update 29

Please remove the old versions of Java ! (using the Windows uninstaller )
And use the tool http://singularlabs.com/software/javara/ to clean up the system.

Anyway, I'll need some debugging help from you to investigate this issue further. In order to get the necessary information, please do the following:

1) Make sure you are using JonDo in the extended view (Config -> User interface -> View of JAP/JonDo).
2) Open the debugging panel (Config -> Debugging)
3) Select all subsystems and move the sliders up to get all debug information
4) Select "Write messages to the following file" and choose one that will contain the debug information
5) Click on "OK" and restart JonDo
6) Surf/download until JonDo freezes
7) Send the file containing the debugging information to: g[.]koppen[@]jondos[.]de (without the brackets)
