What’s the difference between buying real estate here in the Uae compared to countries like Usa?
Do you recommend investing in real estate here or is it better to invest it in other platforms like stocks?

It's hard to say what is the difference, but those are two different countries, and I think you can easily find all the differences between them online. But I can agree that investing in property is a profitable idea. I also decided to do it and found one agency that helps with buying Off-Plan Properties in Dubai because investing in such property is better - the price is much lower.

Personally, I don't see why you would buy real estate in the uae, at the moment at least. It's just super expensive. That's its only perk. I just invested in a condo in Belmont, homesbyspencerhsu.com and I find it to be the best investition that I've ever made. I could have bought a condo in uae as well, but there's no point as long as the country is still as strict as it is. Being a more diverse country, I find that buying estate in usa offers a lot more options.
