Re: (Tutorial)How to chain Tor (new verison)to jondo i' Wind
Is it possible to install privoxy on the JonDo live-system? I tried but it failed due to dependency problems. Surprisingly, I have never tried it, but I cannot imagine why it would be a problem. Anyway, the reason for my response: You do not need privoxy to chain the two. An easier method is to use...

Re: Declining user base and (possibly) new data retention la
We also cannot force people to use JonDo over something else. The other thing being that Tor (actually Tails, where Tor is installed) is somewhat "proven" (a certain whistleblower used it to reveal things and was undetected until s/he revealed him/herself) unlike JonDo. I have been hearing this for...

Re: Output IP in the UK?
now one need to buy UK VPN address. It is possible, though not with JonDo. What application is being used? Firefox? All you need to do is add a free UK proxy (HTTP or SOCKS) in an application (such as Firefox) and run that on top of JonDo (for anonymity) or standalone for speed. Free proxies are ge...

Re: Mord an Boris Nemzow
This appears to be a calculated and strategic professional hit. It is very doubtful that it was the work of the Russian government. It is too messy. It's what I would call an "ostensible hit" designed to create a lot of noise, a lot of confusion, and a lot of negative publicity and accusations again...

Re: Charlie Hebdo Attentat
One of the more stranger aspects of the official story is the apparent identification of three men based on one government issued identification card. According to the official story, three men, a driver and two shooters, fled the murder scene in a motor vehicle. One of the shooters left his identif...

Re: Charlie Hebdo Attentat
The term 'false flag' becomes increasingly misleading. There are several shades of Grey to it including the high art of having real enemies perform real hostile acts but only when suitable to one's own purpose. No one would deny this. However, the Charlie Hebdo attack is not an example of patsies do...

Re: Charlie Hebdo Attentat
Pardon my English, but there was a fake BBC article published last week wherein it was stated: Whilst numerous theories have sprung up concerning this and other details, the general consensus among not just sceptics, but some major news agencies, is that the entire even was a 'False Flag' attack per...

Re: Transparent Proxy - secure, isolated box (JonDoBOX)
I have been using this setup for about a year. HTTP and HTTPS work perfect. I mean, you first use iptables to redirect all the systems traffic ("Trans data stream") to redsocks, and redsocks forwards it to JonDo's http port (default: 4001)? (Obviously, JonDo's traffic however must be allowed to conn...
