Install JonDo and JonDoFox on a USB storage device (Windows)

This tutorial shows how to install the JonDonym software "to go" on a USB storage device. Two components are necessary:

It is necessary to install and run both programs for anonymous surfing.

Go to the download page of JonDo and and download JonDo for WINDOWS.. By default it can be found in C:\Windows\YOUR USERNAME\Downloads after download.

Go to the download page of JonDoFox and download JonDoFox for WINDOWS in the same folder as JonDo.

Go the the folder where you have saved the files. Double-click on JonDoSetup.paf.

The installer starts. Choose your language and click on Ok.

Choose JonDo-Portable and click on Next. If you get ask if you would like to allow changes, please confirm.

Insert an USB storage device and make a click on Browse

Choose an USB storage device as destination.

Make a click on Next when the installation of JonDo is completed.

Please remove the checkmark and make a click on Finish.

Because you have already downloaded JonDoFox you do not have to download it again. Make a click on No.

Go to the folder where you have saved the files. Make a double-click on JonDoFox.paf.

The installer starts. Choose your language and make a click on OK.

Choose for travelling as installation type and click on Next.

Choose the same USB storage device as before.

Remove the checkmark. The installation is now completed.

To start the software make a double click on JonDoPortable. JonDoFox now starts automatically.
