The most important function of certification authorities is to ensure the identity of Mix operators. They conduct reliability checks for the operators and may sanction violations against their contract.

If you would like to support JonDonym, you may apply for becoming an operator at one of the certification authorities.

	Besides software development and billing operations for JonDonym, the JonDos GmbH issues certificates for Mix operators.
	The German Privacy Foundation e.V. is a German privacy organisation. They offer trainings, operate anonymization servers and certifies Mix operators.
	The TU Dresden JAP-Team develops the  AN.ON-Software on which JonDonym is based.
